Ritchie had been adopted as a pup, then returned by his owners as an 18 month old with little or no manners. Strong, intelligent, and just a little bull-headed described Ritchie. Staff and volunteers worked with Ritchie and taught him good manners and basic commands. During the power outage, he went home with staffer Amanda and had such a good time frolicking in the grass with her resident dogs. We will miss Ritchie, but are so happy that finally he has a family to call his own!
